During SMS stage, there are some issue will be being obstacle in the garment industry. As per request by vendor, since the garment test has fail on this sample. We need to retest the sample on the lab due to see migration has occured or not. after 2 x 24 hours the migration still not occured on the specimen, we’ll continue the test to see if more time will have more effect to the specimen. as per standart for internal lab test, its should be 20x washing and 3 day aging. we’ll see the result on next day.
In garment industry, problem above will always appear. Thats why we need to take care of the sample and check if the colour have migration problem before sewing production. to avoid this issue, we have to do migration fab test on the lab. the specimen of fabric only need to be joined for top and bottom part as per A4 page panel.
when migration doesnt occur, we can proceed the sample without hesitation. Merchandising is the art of avoiding problem in garment industry
